Britney Spears' 'Good Morning America' Performance Ad

Britney Spears will play her new songs from forthcoming 'Circus' LP on ABC's 'Good Morning America' on her 27th birthday, December 2.

Britney Spears' 27th birthday will be marked by the release of her sixth major studio album "Circus" and a performance on ABC's "Good Morning America". On a half-minute commercial promo, the "Womanizer" singer says, "Well, of course, on 'Good Morning America'" when asked where she is going to celebrate her forthcoming birthday.

Promising it to be "the biggest birthday bash to hit morning TV", Spears will be performing tracks from her upcoming album at the Big Apple's Bryant Park for the TV show on December 2. Holding a birthday cake on her hands, the Jive Records' artist gives message to her fans saying, "C'mon blow the candle with me."

Previously, Spears has also posted a couple of photos showing her rehearsal for upcoming world tour. In one of the pictures, she is seen working on new dance moves with a whip. While her world tour dates are yet to be announced, a tentative schedule for her 2009 U.S. tour has been unveiled through a promotional packet of "Circus".

Britney Trial Passes Another Roadblock

OK, lawyers. Britney Spears has to face the music, you hear?

A three-judge panel has refused to throw out a year-old misdemeanor charge against the popster for driving with an invalid license, a case that's finally scheduled to go to trial Oct. 15 after months of legal wrangling on Spears' behalf.

No explanation was given in the one-page ruling, but the decision was unanimous. A pretrial hearing is set for Wednesday.

Spears' attorney Michael Flanagan filed a 51-page motion in Los Angeles Superior Court Sept. 29 to "immediately stay all proceedings" with the hope that the appellate judges would move to dismiss the charge, which Flanagan has disputed as an example of Spears' celebrity being used against her.
